1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PHP Boilers website (phpboilers.com) and any services provided by Plumbing, Heating & Property Services Ltd ("PHP Services", "we", "us", "our").

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Services

We provide boiler installation, servicing, repair and general heating system work across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We also offer oil heating services through OFTEC registered technicians.

All quotes are fixed-price and provided in writing before any work commences. The price you are quoted is the price you pay — no hidden charges.

3. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes an agreement to proceed under the stated terms and price.

We reserve the right to amend a quote if the scope of work changes materially following the initial survey, or if unforeseen circumstances arise that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Any such changes will be communicated to you in writing before additional work is carried out.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of works unless a finance arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, card payment and approved finance plans.

For finance options, refer to our Finance section. Finance is subject to status and credit check. We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Tradehelp Ltd (FRN: 1012922).

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable administration fee.

For finance agreements, a 14-day cooling off period applies from the date of signing. If you cancel within 14 days, alternative payment of the full outstanding balance must be made.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

All installation work is guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and parts are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or failure to carry out recommended annual servicing.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the works carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and heating system

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed date

• Inform us of any known hazards or relevant property conditions

• Arrange for a responsible adult (18+) to be present during all works

9. Website Use

11. Governing Law
